This album began it's journey many moons ago and dramatically changed course with the loss of my mum, Eileen.My world stopped and were it not for words and music, friendship and love,I don't know would I ever have found my way out of grief,or have discovered a deep understanding and respect for the dark ones,the ones that came before us,the ones who live on in all of us, my mother, her mother,her mother's mother, my daughters,the amazing women who nourish and gift us with the world past and present and prepare us for the road ahead..I stand in your shadow and feel you close.
